CornerStone’s Professional Placement is seeking a Lead Trainer for a healthcare services client in the Euless area. As the Lead Trainer you will be developing training procedures and teaching medical credentialists how to effectively perform their role.  All learning sessions will be in a classroom environment, so presentation skills are a must.  Our client is looking for trainers that can quickly become subject matter experts on their proprietary software and credentialing requirements!  The Lead Trainer must have their Bachelor’s Degree, 3+ years of software trainer experience, proven leadership abilities, and the desire to grow into a management role in the future!  This client offers direct hire employment with a fun and engaging company, great benefits, and growth opportunities into a management role!  We are also hiring for a Trainer/Credentialist for the same client!! 

Requirements of the Lead Trainer
*     Bachelor’s degree is required
*     3+ years of software training experience in a classroom environment 
*     Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
*     Experience training employees on a proprietary system, ideal
*     Healthcare industry experience is a plus
*     Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software easily
*     Clear communication skills (written and verbal) along with presentation skills

Compensation for the Lead Trainer 
*     Direct Hire
*     Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (some OT anticipated during peak training season)
*     Salary:  $42,00-53,000/year
