CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician for a corporate campus in southwest Fort Worth. As the Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, energy management system maintenance, painting, changing filters, cleaning coils, and other preventative maintenance on equipment. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of facilities maintenance management experience and preferably some leadership experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and operation of various systems within the facility while ensuring the safety and comfort of tenants. We are also hiring for a Manager for the same great client!
Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Minimum of a HS diploma or GED
· ?? 2+ years of facilities Maintenance experience preferably working for a corporate building or campus
· Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, lighting HVAC, air handlers, pumps, energy management systems, paint, filters, coils, and other building equipment
· Proven track record promptly addressing tenant service requests with a high level of customer service and accurately documenting work order requests
· Strong knowledge of building automation, water treatment, and fire life safety systems and the ability to assist with building inspections
· Capability to frequently walk stairs, climb ladders, and lift up to 49 pounds.
Compensation:
Direct hire
Pay: $20-28/hour (based on experience) + eligible for OT and 5% bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (must be able to be on call for emergencies)
