CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Lead Construction Contracts Administrator/Paralegal for a construction services client in the Addison, TX area. As the Lead Construction Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing construction contracts, leading compliance efforts, and managing contract workflows. Qualified candidates will have prior leadership experience in contracts and a background in construction. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Lead Construction Contracts Administrator:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contracts administration, with at least 1 year in a construction environment
- Prior leadership experience managing personnel in contracts or compliance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams during a period of transition
- Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving role - this position will change as the company grows and streamlines systems (moving from manual to MRP)
- Must be highly motivated, proactive, and eager to grow both personally and professionally
Compensation for the Lead Construction Contracts Administrator:
- Employment type: Direct Hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, start time between 8:00-8:30am; salaried, results-oriented environment
- Salary/Pay: $65,000-$85,000 base + 10% bonus; flexibility depending on experience
- Location: 100% On-site (Addison, TX)
- Benefits: Full benefits package including 401K with match, tuition reimbursement, 2+ weeks PTO with tenure growth
