Qualified candidates with have 3+ years of electronics manufacturing industry experience, strong leadership skills, experience with a CRM or WMS, and a commitment to operational excellence. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Inventory Supervisor:

·        Lead a team responsible for organizing, storing, and distributing materials.

·        Supervise incoming shipments, ensuring all documentation and processes are accurate.

·        Collaborate with production teams to align material availability with operational goals.

·        Drive improvements in inventory systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

·        Monitor and enforce safety protocols in the stockroom environment.

Compensation for the Inventory Supervisor:

·        Employment type: Direct Hire

·        Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5pm with some flexibility

·        Salary/Pay: $60-65K/year (+/- based on experience)

·        Location: Richardson, TX (100% On-site)
