CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking for an Import Coordinator for a manufacturing client that is based in Lewisville, TX. As the Import Coordinator, you are responsible for managing and tracking import shipments from overseas to the final destination via ocean, including updating shipment milestones in the ERP, ensuring regulatory compliance with customs and maintaining detailed documentation. You will assist with daily import operations, monitor vendor performance, processing payments to vendors and more. Requirements for Import Coordinator:

·        Minimum of 2 years of international logistics experience

·        Must be Tech Savvy (MS Office, ERP, WMS)

·        Must have an experience managing import shipment logistics for ocean freight

·        Detail oriented, excellent data entry skills and the ability to maintain detailed documentation for customs, commercial documentation, regulatory compliance, etc

·        Ability to adapt and learn new things with enthusiasm

Compensation for Import Coordinator:

·        Job Type: Direct-Hire / Full-time

·        Salary: $50K-$60K/year

·        Location: Lewisville, TX 75056 (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

·        Schedule: M-F 8:30a - 5:00p
