Job Title: Implementation Specialist
Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 5PM CST
Job Classification: Full-Time (Be a permanent employee from day one!)
Start Date: ASAP!
Pay Range: $52K+ BOE
Job Overview: Work with a well-established insurance brokerage firm that has been bettering lives for over 50 years! Join the Implementation Team in successfully implementing COBRA, Direct Bill, State Continuation and migrations. Utilize excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines, provide timely customer service to internal partners, and work independently while assessing situations using best judgment and making logical decisions.
Job Duties:
- Communicate regularly with clients, producers, and account managers through phone, email, and interoffice platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Ring Central) to coordinate project execution across teams and ensure milestones are met.
- Develop and monitor project deliverables and update plans as necessary to keep implementations on track.
- Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy, providing feedback to address any discrepancies.
- Set up COBRA, Direct Bill, and State Continuation accounts according to established guidelines and protocols.
- Configure vendor file transfers (EDI) using Excel and CSV formats; coordinate setup for non-EDI vendors (including eligibility and carrier processing).
- Support migration efforts for WEX and integrate new partnerships as required.
- Deliver ongoing training sessions for clients and internal team members to support understanding and effective use of tools.
- Address client and COBRA participant inquiries proactively, providing timely solutions as needed.
- Respond to requests from clients, producers, or account managers within the same business day to maintain a high level of service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team initiatives and goals.
