HR Manager - DFW area

CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a leading organization to seek out a skilled HR Manager to oversee North American HR operations. This role will act as a strategic partner in overseeing essential HR functions, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and reporting. Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Remote (Must be able to go to the office if needed)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Business Hours

Pay Range: Competitive salary

Duration: Full-time! Be a permanent employee from day one.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment and hiring for managerial and exempt positions.
  • Oversee benefits administration, compliance audits, and HR reporting.
  • Utilize UKG for HR data management and process optimization.
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy adherence.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of HR Manager experience, focusing on North American HR functions.
  • Proficient in UKG for HR operations, reporting, and data management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, compliance (ACA, OSHA), and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply federal and state employment regulations.
