CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Operations Supervisor for an Insurance client in Southwest Fort Worth. As the Procurement Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing your team’s culture and daily production across various functions including human resources and customer service. Qualified candidates will have their HS Diploma, 2+ years of Supervisory experience leading teams of 15+, and bring past healthcare, payroll, and HR experience. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company that has a reputation of being the best in their industry.

 

Requirements and responsibilities for the Operations Supervisor:

·        MUST HAVE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED. WILL BE VERIFIED

·        Must have 2+ years of supervisor experience managing a group of 15+ people

·        Must have past healthcare experience

·        Must have past payroll and HR experience

·        Exceptional leadership, organizational, problem solving, analytical and communication skills

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

·        The ability to work in a fast paced/production environment

 

Compensation for the Supervisor:

·        Direct hire

·        Location: Fort Worth (76109) - 100% on site

·        Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible to work any 8 hour shift between 7am - 5pm

·        Pay: $21 - $22/hr - Depending on Experience
