Job Description

CornerStone has partnered with a local company in their search for a Workday- HRIS Analyst to join their HR family.  This position reports directly to the Director of HRIS and Payroll handling the design, business processes, configuration, implementation and testing of their Workday system.  They will support Workday Modules; payroll, time tracking, HCM, Benefits and Recruiting and will collaborate with other departments to affectively manage projects.  

Requirements of the Workday-HRIS Analyst:

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience leading projects
  • 3+ years of Workday experience; troubleshooting, configurations, implementations, integrations
  • Must have prior experience training end users on the Workday functionality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Background check and drug screen will be conducted
  • Must be seeking a direct hire opening with a firm, not consulting
