CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a HR Manager for an aviation service client in the Charlotte, NC area. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all employee relations, onboarding and training, staying in compliance, manage the policies and procedures, implement new regulations. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of human resources experience.


Requirements & Responsibilities for the HR Manager:

  • 4+ years of human resource experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Experience with employee relations, compliance, onboarding, training and retention
  • Knowledge with MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong communications skills, time management and organizational skills
  • Able to travel up to 30%

Compensation for the HR Manager:

  • Direct Hire
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Salary: up to $85K
  • Located in Charlotte, NC 28208
  • Permanent benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
