Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76102

Schedule: M-F, 8AM-5PM CST

Salary Range: $60K-$65K BOE

Duration: Contract to Hire!


Job Duties:

  • Actively contribute to diverse human resources responsibilities.
  • Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Lead onboarding efforts, leveraging recruitment and HR systems to streamline processes.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding leave policies, benefits, and employment matters via the HR communication hub.
  • Maintain adherence to relevant employment regulations and workplace requirements.
  • Desirable: Background in managing workplace claims and compliance matters.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong experience in employee relations required.
  • Strong, direct communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as the sole HR representative at times.
  • Familiarity with Everify and I9 verification for onboarding.
