Job Description

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a HR Generalist for leading resident screening client in the Irving area. As the HR Generalist, you will provide support to the HR Manager, run the daily HR functions, interviewing and hiring, processing benefits and payroll, create and analyze reports, new hire orientation and training and account management. Qualified candidates will have at least 2-3 years of human resource experience.


Requirements & Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

  • 2-3 years of human resource experience
  • Knowledge of HR, full cycle recruiting, benefits and payroll, account management
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter and customer service skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • HR Certification is a plus

Compensation for the HR Generalist:

  • Direct Hire
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • $25 - $28/hr (+/- based on experience)
  • 100% On-Site in Irving, TX
  •  Permanent benefits include: health, dental, vision and life insurance; a 401(k) plan; paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay
