HR Generalist/Recruiter
Fort Worth, TX

Currently looking for an HR Generalist/Recruiter in the Fort Worth area. Qualified candidates will have previous experience in Full Life -Cycle Recruiting and HR Generalist functions within the Mortgage and/or Financial Services industry. This is a Direct Hire benefits with amazing benefits!

Requirements for the HR Generalist/Recruiter
  • At least 3 years of experience of full-life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high volume mortgage/banking/financial services environment is ABSOLUTELY required
  • Experience utilizing mainstream Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience managing several staffing vendors in a corporate recruiting capacity
  • Spanish/English Bilingual is preferred but NOT required
  • Proficiency in HR principles, practices, law and ethics
  • Excellent tenure
  • Proficiency with MS Office
