CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a HR Manager to support a technology leader client located in the Richardson, TX area. As the HR Manager, you will be assisting with recruiting, onboarding, training, implementing and developing employee benefits, processing payroll, performance evaluations, creating job descriptions, and knowing the labor laws for TX, FL, and CA. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources.


Requirements & Responsibilities for the HR Manager:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in payroll, recruiting, general business practices and government compliance programs
  • Experience with Federal, State and Local labor laws especially in Texas, Florida and California
  • Experience with implementing and administering employee benefits
  • Creating job descriptions and providing performance evaluations
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills


Compensation for the HR Manager:

  • Direct Hire
  • Schedule - Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Salary - $70K -$85K (+/- based on experience)
  • 100% On-Site in Richardson, TX
  • Permanent benefits include: health, dental, vision and life insurance; a 401(k) plan; paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay
