CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a HR Coordinator for leading mobile surveillance client in the Richardson, TX area. As the HR Coordinator, you will provide support to the HR Advisor, run the daily HR functions, recruiting, interviewing and hiring, processing payroll and benefits, planning and organizing team meetings and events, managing the calendar, creating presentations, creating reports, new hire orientation and training. Qualified candidates will have at least 3+ years of human resource experience.
Requirements & Responsibilities for the HR Coordinator:
- 3+ years of human resource experience
- Knowledge of HR functions, full cycle recruiting, benefits and payroll
- Strong time management, attention to detail, self-starter and customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Compensation for the HR Coordinator:
- Direct Hire
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- $48K - $60K (+/- based on experience)
- 100% On-Site in Richardson, TX
- Permanent benefits include: health, dental, vision and life insurance; a 401(k) plan; paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay
