CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an entry level Compensation/HR Analyst to support a financial banking client located in the Dallas, TX area. As the Compensation/HR Analyst, you will be assisting with implementing compensation programs at all levels, assemble HR data, prepare and evaluate analysis, research, develop HR processes and reporting. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years’ experience in compensation and 5+ years HR experience.


Requirements & Responsibilities for the Compensation/HR Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources is required
  • 2+ years’ experience in compensation and 5+ years HR experience
  • Experience in Banking and Financial services industry
  • Experience with Excel, Workday and Exponent HR
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Experience with compensation programs, packages, analysis and research

 

 

Compensation for the Compensation/HR Analyst:

  • Direct Hire
  • Schedule - Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Salary - $90K - $115K (+/- based on experience)
  • 100% On-Site in Dallas, TX, possible hybrid schedule after training - 90 days
  • Permanent benefits include: health, dental, vision and life insurance; a 401(k) plan; paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay
