Title: Help Desk Technician

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Duration: Direct Hire

Pay: $47K-$79K/year

The Help Desk Technician will resolve retail site systems, hardware, and software issues to completion, provide support to retail systems infrastructure including point of sale, back office, credit and more. The ideal candidate will have the ability to start immediately and come in and hit the ground running to help get caught up on help desk tickets. Assist in software releases and participate in onsite store migrations, develop help sheets and frequently asked question lists for end users. This position is location in Fort Worth and will require you to work on-site 40 hours/week.


  • Rotating shifts on weekends and holidays
  • 2+ years of experience
  • PDI/ Enterprise 8 PREFERRED
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required
