Contract Position

We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst for our large-enterprise technology client in Tempe. If you have at least two years working in a help desk or service desk environment supporting software/application issues for business users, then this is the right opportunity for you! Basic knowledge of Windows Systems Administration is required for the role and an A+ Certification is preferred. Interviews are happening ASAP!

Requirements of the Service Desk Analyst

  • A verifiable High School or GED, Associate's Degree is Preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a service desk environment supporting business users
  • Willing to start between 5:00 AM and 8:30 AM. (Shifts will be assigned after hire)
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills and executive presence
