Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a nationally recognized, publicly traded medical technology company in their search for a Financial Reporting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization with over $100M in annual revenue and 30% year-over-year growth. The ideal candidate will be a motivated accounting professional with deep experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and stock compensation management.
We are seeking a hands-on leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial reporting operations while collaborating with legal, audit, and executive teams.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare periodic SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
* Support reviews of filings with external auditors, senior leadership, and legal counsel
* Monitor new accounting and SEC regulations, advising on impact and compliance
* Draft technical accounting memoranda on complex transactions and company initiatives
* Assist with stock reporting, including stock compensation plans and disclosures
* Support SOX internal control documentation and implementation
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
* 5+ years total accounting experience, with at least 2 years of SEC reporting in a public company
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; NetSuite and Workiva experience preferred
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
Compensation and Benefits:
* Employment Type: Direct Hire
* Schedule: Full-Time | Approximately 40 hours/week | Hybrid flexibility with on-site presence
* Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
* Salary: 130-150K plus bonus, plus Stock Compensation
