Seeking Customer Service Representatives with call center experience in the Financial Services Industry. Financial Customer Service Representatives will work in a high volume, inbound call center assisting clients and advisors with general questions. Qualified candidates must have 2+ years of experience in customer service role and experience in the Financial Service, Banking, or Insurance Industries. Candidates must bring exception written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a fast paced environment! Requirements for the Financial Customer Service Representative:
* 2+ years of high volume, call center customer service experience
* 1+ year of experience in the Financial Service Industry (Finance, Banking, Insurance, etc)
* Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
* FINRA Series 7 License, plus!
* Brokerage experience, plus!
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and time management skills
