Dealership Finance Director - Dallas/Fort Worth

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Dealership Finance Director for a direct-hire opportunity with a leading organization in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced F&I professional with a proven track record in finance management, compliance, and dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between customers and lending institutions to secure financing options.
• Review and approve customer credit applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Present service contracts, GAP coverage, and other ancillary products.
• Maintain strong working relationships with finance sources to optimize lender partnerships.
• Ensure all transactions are completed legally, ethically, and in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize F&I profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly finance and insurance income targets and penetration goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of dealership experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Director in the automotive industry.
• Strong closing skills with a deep understanding of lending and finance options.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain compliance with dealership F&I procedures.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: 9am-6pm.  Open 7 days a week; only work 5.5 days a week. 
• Location: On-site in Dallas/Fort Worth
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience
