Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives sought for Final Expense and Medicare Inside Sales roles located in Richardson, TX. We are seeking full-time employees, not seasonal coverage, to join our growing team! We are seeking sales- driven associates that thrive on being rewarded for your work! This position would have a full base, plus a commission per sale, being paid out bi-weekly with first year earning potential between 36K up to 44K and increasing dramatically in your 2nd and 3rd year of employement.. We cater to the senior market, providing options for Final Expense, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements and Prescription Drug Plans; to simply and cover all their needs.

Licensed Insurance Sales Requirements:

    • Active Life& Health Insurance License
    • Texas License with the ability to be licensed in all 50 states
    • Experience marketing insurance to the senior market ideal, but not required
    • Strong sales acumen, with 1+ years prior inside sales experience
    • Clear, concise communication skills; both verbal and written
    • If considered for Medicare Inside Sales, an AHIP certification for 2018 must be complete
    • Ability to work in a Tele-Sales call center environment
