CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager for a client in the Grapevine area. As the Facility Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of the facility and its equipment. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of facility maintenance experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of preventative maintenance systems. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Facility Maintenance Manager:

- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and oversee daily operations to ensure an efficient and functional facility.

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for equipment and building systems.

- Manage urgent building repairs, monitor vendor performance, and liaise with landlords and other stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards while keeping accurate documentation of maintenance activities.

- Monitor expenditures, track budgets, and recommend cost-saving measures.


Compensation for the Facility Maintenance Manager:

- Employment type: Contract to Hire

- Schedule: Monday-Friday - 40 hrs. per week

- Salary/Pay: $52/hour

- Location: On-site, Grapevine, TX

- Benefits: Available through CornerStone Staffing while on contract.
