CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking two Facilities Maintenance Supervisors for a major manufacturing facility in the Arlington, TX area on 2nd and 3rd shifts. As the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee facility maintenance operations, manage teams, and ensure the efficient functioning of building and manufacturing systems. You will be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance schedules, responding to work orders and emergencies, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain a safe and operational environment. Qualified candidates will have strong leadership experience in facilities management and hands-on technical expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other maintenance requests. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields is preferred
  • 3+ years of Maintenance experience in a major manufacturing facility
  • 1+ years of experience leading maintenance personnel
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for building systems and heavy manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical systems.
  • Respond to building emergencies and administer emergency action plans.
  • Act as a liaison with vendors, landlords, and senior leadership to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain facilities management software and ensure accurate work order processing.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency.

 

Compensation for the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Employment type: Direct Hire
  • Schedule: one 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm), one 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) - some on call availability needed for emergencies
  • Salary/Pay: $70-73K/year (based on experience)
  • Location: On-site in Arlington, TX 75010
