Job Description

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Executive Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the event planning space, and administrative duties as assigned. This role involves dynamic responsibilities, including event planning and coordination, calendar management, travel arrangements, communication facilitation, and general in-office support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's vibrant culture and supporting our mission to change lives.


Location: Highland Village

Duration: Direct Hire

Schedule: Hybrid (Friday work from home - may report to office as needed)

Pay: $60,000-$80,000/year


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executive-level operations personnel.
  • Experience in the senior living industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage heavy calendar demands, meeting planning, and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write on behalf of executive-level management.
  • Proficiency in Outlook calendars, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
