Executive Compensation Consultant
Our client in Irving is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant to join their growing company. The compensation consultant will oversee the design, development, implementation and administration of a company-wide executive compensation and benefit program that will ensure retention of employees and competitiveness in the market. They will evaluate jobs and conduct market analysis to adjust salaries to attract top talent. They will review total compensation; base pay, long-term and short-term incentive plans and benefits that need revision based on this research. This will require collaborating with the legal, tax, internal audit and accounting divisions to ensure that the programs annual budget are adhered to and that company is in compliance with federal and state laws.
Requirements for the Executive Compensation Consultant:
- Bachelor Degree, will accept 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- 7+ Years in an Executive Compensation role handling the full scope of the program from inception to completion
- Knowledgeable in all up-to-date tools and systems utilized to conduct market research and compensation analyses
