Currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a Christian non-profit organization based out of Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience supporting the personal and professional needs of a busy executive. Successful Executive Assistants must be proactive to organize a hectic schedule and assertive to ensure the CEO gets to each of their meetings prepared and on time. Qualified candidates must have advanced skills with Outlook, PowerPoint, and Photo Editing software to prepare presentations. This is an immediate need with a fun, Christian organization that also offers great benefits! 


Requirements & Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant 

*   High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)

*   5+ years of EA experience supporting VP level or above

*   Christian based and/or non-profit experience, ideal

*   Complex calendar management experience 

*   Experience assisting with the planning and execution of large events

*   Willingness to do whatever it takes to assist the CEO with any personal or professional necessities

*   Advanced experience with MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Photo Editing software

*   Candidates must be comfortable to answer faith-based questions in an interview and sign the company’s faith-based doctrine prior to offer.


Compensation for the Executive Assistant 

*   Direct hire

*   Pay: $55-65K

*   Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 

*   Candidates must be willing to answer text messages, calls, and emails after hours as well as attend pre-scheduled events as needed
