CornerStone has partnered with an organization in their search for an Executive Assistant to support the Bank CEO.  We are an Executive Assistant who has supported C-Suite extensively.  They will handle heavy calendaring of meetings and events prioritizing by importance, complex travel arrangements, expense reports. They will attend, compile agenda, arrange meeting details, create board books, as well as create reports and take minutes at board, trust investment, asset liability and compliance meetings. 

Requirements for the Executive Assistant to the Bank CEO:

  • Bachelor or Associates degree preferred, but not required
  • 10+ years in an Executive Assistant role supporting C-suite
  • CAP, PAC, PACE certification highly desired
  • Advanced Microsoft Office ability to learn proprietary software
  • Professional demeanor and presence, as they support key personnel for the company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience handling project management; research and compile  for required information and maintaining strict deadlines for completion
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and materials  
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule        
  • Prepare presentations, board books and other ad hoc reports as needed      
  • Prepare and release memos and communications as needed
