Job Description

CornerStone has partnered with a local non-profit organization in their search for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.  The position will handle CEO and Board calendaring of meetings, travel arrangements, taking minutes at board meetings-quarterly meetings and executive committee weekly meetings.   The executive assistant will also handle the CEO and VP expense reports.   
Requirements of the Executive Assistant to the CEO:
  • Bachelor degree highly preferred
  • Must have 5+ years in an executive assistant role supporting a CEO, VP or Sr. Manager
  • Non-profit experience highly desired, but not required
  • Must be advanced in Microsoft Office and experienced in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Able to work and post in social media; Facebook and Instagram
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance and driving record will be reviewed
  • Travel between location locally required; 10% of the time
  • Ability to respond to inquiries after hours during peak periods during large fundraising events
