CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an End User Support Specialist in Dallas, TX! The End User Support Specialist will work with the Regional IT Services Manager, and lead the End User Support Staff. You will be a working team lead and provide 2nd and 3rd level support. Some projects that you might manage can include PC refreshes, technology deployments, and printer upgrades. You will also lead and help instruct team on efficient ticket management, and work with 1st level support technicians to ensure work and escalations are being managed appropriately.


  • 3+ years of experience leading a small technical support team
  • 5+ years of experience carrying out small and large-scale technical projects
  • 5+ years of experience deploying Windows PC’s in large scale environments
  • 8+ years of experience providing 2nd and 3rd level end user support
  • 5+ years of experience working in a tier-1 ITSM tool like Remedy or ServiceNow
  • Microsoft troubleshooting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing to team members
