Document Services Manager

Seeking a Document Services Manager for a client in Richardson, TX.  The Document Services Manager will be responsible for leading the Document and Content Management department, including mentoring employees, budgeting, overall project management, data analysis, reporting to stakeholders, identifying risks, improving processes, maintaining the database, implementing data management solutions, and ensuring quality control.  Qualified Document Services Managers must have 5+ years of experience in project management/leadership roles in Document Controls.  The Document Services Manager must have superior attention to detail, the ability to perform scope analysis, develop project schedules, and allocate resources for mid to large scale projects.  This position is a great foot in the door opportunity to join a long-tenured team and rewarding company culture.  

Requirements for the Document Services Manager
  • 5+ years of Document Controls/Management experience 
  • 5+ years of leadership/project management experience utilizing project management software
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodology
  • Ability to lead cost benefit analysis and forecast return on investment
  • Strong analysis, reporting, and database management skills
  • Ability to manage a project budget, proposal, and charter
  • Ability to identify and analyze risks
  • Must have proven job stability

Compensation for the Document Services Manager
  • Temp-to-hire
  • $50-65K/year
