CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Director of Operations for a non-profit Christian organization in need of mature Christian leaders who live in Austin, TX and have operations management experience. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for providing leadership, overseeing annual budgets, managing human resources, publicly representing the organization at times, overseeing communications, and helping plan major events for a pro-family organization. Qualified candidates will live in or near Austin, Texas, have a minimum of 3 years of management experience and an advanced degree and/or Christian non-profit experience is a plus. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a background in Business or Operations Management wanting to work for a Christian non-profit in the Austin, Texas area.


Requirements for the Texas Values Director of Operations

  • Must live in or near Austin, Texas
  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Management, Legal, or Communications is preferred.
  • 3+ years of business or operations management experience
  • Experience in Christian non-profit is a major plus!
  • Ability to plan and execute budgets
  • Excellent communicator willing to represent the organization publicly as needed
  • Ability to plan and execute large events

 

Compensation for the Corporate Development Manager

  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (must be flexible around events)
  • Salary: $100,000 - $115,000/year (+/- based on experience)
  • Direct-Hire Opportunity
  • Benefits: medical 100% paid by employer, 403C with 50% match up to 6%
