CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Director of Client Experience for a leading company in the luxury retail sector in the Irving, TX area. As the Director of Client Experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance both customer engagement and sales, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering long-term client relationships. Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of leadership experience in client services and sales including strategic planning and process improvement. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Director of Client Experience:
- 10+ years of call center leadership experience leading managers and 150 indirect reports.
- Call center leadership experience from luxury brand retail industry is ideal.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive retention and loyalty while increasing sales.
- Strategically track, monitor, and analyze call center KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service offerings and client interactions.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to drive process improvements.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
Compensation for the Director of Client Experience:
- Employment type: Direct Hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
- Salary/Pay: $180-200K/year + 20% bonus (based on experience)
- Location: On-site in Irving, TX
