Job Description

Our client in Dallas, TX is seeking a Director of Compensation to develop compensation programs and plans for roughly 40,000 employees for all levels of the company to include staff, management, and executive. This is a full time role with one of the largest healthcare system in the country! 

Requirements for the Director of Compensation:
  • Enterprise level experience in compensation programs
  • Experience developing and presenting information to Sr. leaders
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly desired
  • Experience with system compensation philosy, salary structures, market analysis, and merit and bonus processes
  • Experience implementing, administering, and overseeing compensation programs to include short- and long-term variable compensation, recommendations and adjustments, market and equity analysis, and merit. 
  • Must have experience coaching/mentoring and leading cross functional teams
