CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Director of Compensation to support a global cash management client located in Coppell, TX. As the Director of Compensation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs and plans for all levels of the company. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of compensation and statistical analysis, incentive plan design and analysis, and pay structure analysis and design. This is an exciting Direct-Hire opportunity!

Requirements for the Director of Compensation:
- Bachelors’ degree required
- 10+ years of work related experience
- Enterprise level experience in compensation programs
- Experience developing and presenting information to Sr. leaders
- Experience with system compensation, salary structures, market analysis, and merit and bonus processes
- Experience implementing, administering, and overseeing compensation programs to include short- and long-term variable compensation, recommendations and adjustments, market and equity analysis, and merit.
- Must have experience coaching/mentoring and leading cross functional teams
Compensation for the Director of Compensation:
· Direct Hire
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
· Salary: $150-175k/year (DOE)
