Job Description

Our client in Irving, TX is seeking a Director of Benefits for a 6-9 month contract assignment. In this role you will be responsible for the design, execution, and management of system-wide retirement programs and also responsible for the financial management of the program areas. 

Requirements for the Director of Benefits:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience required
  • Experience onboarding new and newly promoted executives on staff benefits, executive benefits, SERP, and AIP and LTIP programs
  • Experience resolving complex issues that relate to the design, administration, and compliance of programs by using root cause analysis and LEAN methodology
  • Experience with financial management of benefits programs to include administration and cash movement of corporate assets and bi-weekly funding of programs
