Desktop Support Technician II
Qualifications of the Desktop Support Technician:
- 2+ years of desktop-based hardware support experience
- Incident Management experience
- Basic user & security group Active Directory administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems - Windows 7/10
- Knowledge of Mac OS X operating system
- Experience supporting VPN issues
- Experience trouble shooting Outlook 2016, Office 365 and Office for Mac within a corporate network environment.
Preferred Qualifications of the Desktop Support Technician:
- A+ certified is preferred
- Network+ certified is a plus
