Desktop Support Technician 
Denton, TX


Seeking a Desktop Support Technician  for an energy client in Denton, TX.  The Desktop Support Technician 2 must bring exceptional communication and customer service skills to assist end users throughout all levels of the organization with technical support.  The Desktop Support Technician  will be responsible for installations, configurations, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, email settings, networks, VPN connectivity, and mobile support.  Qualified candidates must be equipped with 3+ years of desktop support experience with Windows and Microsoft Office, a minimum of 2 years with computer imaging, and at least one year of experience with mobile support and enterprise asset management software.  This client offers direct hire employment with a well-established and growing client that has also earned a top reputation in the industry.

Requirements for the Desktop Support Technician 
*     High School Diploma (Associate’s Degree preferred)
*     Minimum of 3 years with Desktop Support experience using Windows 7 & 10 and Microsoft Office
*     Minimum of 2 years of experience with computer imaging 
*     Minimum of 1 year experience with mobile support
*     Minimum of 1 year of experience with enterprise asset management software 
*     Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including the Board of Directors
*     Ability to perform TCP/IP troubleshooting
*     Ability to work overtime, as needed

Compensation for the Desktop Support Technician 
*     Direct Hire 
*     $47,830-$59,790 depending on experience
