Dealership Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, you will act as a liaison between the customer and lending institutions, ensuring a seamless process for financing and payment options, while achieving monthly forecasts and maintaining strong lender relationships. Finance Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:
*     Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
*     Experience: 2+ years as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.
*     Strong closing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
*     Excellent communication and listening skills to address customer concerns professionally, both in-person and over the phone.
*     Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure compliance and disclosure during vehicle deliveries.
*     Build and maintain positive working relationships with finance sources.
*     Present service contracts, GAP coverage, and additional financial products to customers.
*     Ensure ethical and legal financial transactions.
*     Meet and exceed monthly finance and insurance (F&I) income and penetration goals.

Compensation & Benefits:
*     Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
*     Compensation: Competitive, based on experience 
*     Locations: Texas, Michigan, and Kansas, with openings in Texarkana, Cleburne, Wharton, Waller, Fairfield, Corsicana, North Branch, Ottawa
*     Schedule: 9am-6pm.  Open 7 days a week; only work 5.5 days a week.
