Are you a college graduate with recent client or account management experience?  Our client is looking for highly motivated innovators for their Customer Service Experience roles. These full-time permanent roles will allow you to gain experience in the commercial insurance industry as you help manage and resolve your client’s concerns. This is a non call center job, but you will be expected to be on the phone with your commercial clients. This will also provide a path to leadership or an advanced role in commercial underwriting.

$40,000-$45,000 with bonus opportunities

Requirements for the Customer Solutions Specialist

  • A Bachelor’s Degree  is required
  • 1-2 years of customer service/account experience
  • Superior communication skills with an outgoing personality
  • Must have an inquisitive mind and be a process improver
