CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for a packaging solutions client in the Grand Prairie area. As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing customer service functions, interacting with customer service, sales, suppliers, clients and management, provides feedback, trains and develops the team. Qualified candidates will have at least 5+ years of customer service management with packaging industry experience

 


Requirements & Responsibilities for the Customer Experience Manager:

  • 5+ years of customer service management with packaging industry experience
  • Strong customer service and sales experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Experience with managing a team with coaching and developing

 

Compensation for the Customer Experience Manager:

  • Direct Hire
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • $60K - $65K (+/- based on experience)
  • 100% On-Site in Grand Prairie, TX
