Training Coordinator
Fort Worth, TX 


CornerStone's Professional Placement team seeks a Training Coordinator for a long-term engagement with a valued client in North Fort Worth.  The selected Training Project Manager will update current training materials as well as design, develop and implement new training programs for a credit operations environment.  Training Specialist will be updating and organizing online training sites, which will include YouTube training videos.   Our client provides a highly desired workplace environment.  This position will last 1-year or longer with opportunities to extend.

Requirements for Training Specialist:
  •  2+ years Project Management experience, certification a plus!
  •  2+ years experience in designing and developing sustainable learning online and workshop experiences including YouTube training videos 
  •  Credit or Lending Operations or  Call Center training experience a plus!
  • Experience in assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, consultations, etc. with employees and management a plus!
