Job Description
Requirements for the Accounting Client Engagement Manager:
- Must have a Bachelor degree in Accounting, finance or similar field
- 7+ years of experience in accounting; general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, CIP, sales tax, bank reconciliations, multi-entity reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage month end close
- Support and provide training for staff
- Must have public accounting experience
- CPA a plus
- Background check and reference check will be conducted
- Will only work at a client site 10-15 days out of the year
- Ability to have oversight and support of multiple client engagements at a time.
- Advanced QuickBooks knowledge required
- Ability to interact with client and internal staff on status of the engagement
