CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sales Contract Specialist for a global manufacturing company located in the Flower Mound, TX area. As the Sales Contract Specialist, you will support the sales and logistics teams by processing purchase orders, reviewing shipping documentation, and ensuring international compliance standards are met. The ideal candidate will bring a strong eye for detail, experience working with contracts and customer orders, and the ability to stay focused in a quiet, paper-heavy environment. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Sales Contract Specialist:

• Process and track domestic and international customer orders, including logistics coordination and documentation accuracy.
• Provide order support and timely communication with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain and manage order records, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international shipping regulations.
• Associates degree + 2 years of relevant experience preferred; HS diploma with 5 years' experience also accepted.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a focused office setting.

Compensation for the Sales Contract Specialist:

• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, some flexibility available
• Salary/Pay: $56-75K/year (+/- based on experience)
• Location: 100% On-site in Flower Mound, TX
