Job Description

Our office in Arlington, TX is seeking a Contract Coordinator for a two month contract assignment! In this role you will be responsible for coordinating all administrative functions related to the preparation and coordination of contracts, consultant, bid specifications, purchase orders, continuation sheets, and clerical duties under general supervision. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of general contract experience, have an upbeat and can do attitude, and have experience with Lawson.

Requirements:

·        Two years’ of college coursework in Business, Business Administration, and/or Accounting

·        2-4 years of experience working with contracts preferably in the construction industry

·        Experience with Lawson is required

·        Experience with e-Builder highly desired

·        Working knowledge and experience creating purchase orders

·        Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and have experience with writing and reviewing contract specifications

·        Proficiency in MS Office

·        Construction industry experience is highly desired and government experience is a plus
