Job Description

CornerStone has partnered with a local company in their search for a Contract Administrator with experience with contracts for land acquisition and lot development.  The company handles single family lot development, therefore the administrator will handle survey reviews, issuance of title policies, draft subdivision covenants and builder takedown contracts.   Pursuant to the contract, they will prepare and deliver development completion packages.  They will lead and manage Homeowner Association annual budget and establish the first year assessment rates.   
Requirements for the Contract Administrator:
*     10+ years drafting, revising and finalizing contracts for land acquisition and development
*     Must have prior exposure liaising  with outside counsel to consult with them on drafts of subdivision covenants, conditions and restrictions
*     Handle reporting of lot closures, collect builder lot sales information and prepare weekly sales reports for each project, HOA monthly financial statements and management reports
*     Ability to track HOA assessment invoices and payments
*     Type 50-60 wpm
*     Detail-oriented, as you will be drafting and reviewing multiple documents and contracts
*     Must be able to work independently without supervision
*     Criminal background check and driving record will be reviewed
