CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Regulatory Compliance & Compliant Coordinator for a medical device manufacturing client in the west Frisco area. As the Regulatory Compliance & Compliant Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing product complaints, communicating with customers, supporting monthly regulatory reporting, and assisting with quality system projects. Qualified candidates will have a strong interest in regulatory affairs, experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), and a passion for building a career in regulatory compliance. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator:
- Receive and manage customer complaints following Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
- Communicate complaint information internally and participate in monthly regulatory trending meetings.
- Support regulatory and quality projects, including complaint file reviews, CAPA support, and procedure revisions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (regulatory-related field) OR High School diploma with relevant regulatory experience.
- Experience in a regulated environment such as medical devices, FDA-regulated food, cosmetics, or similar preferred.
- Desire and passion to grow a career in regulatory compliance is critical.
- Comfortable working on-site and handling product testing when complaints are received.
Compensation for the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator:
· Direct hire
· Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, some flexibility available
· Pay: $50-65K/year (+/- based on experience)
· Location: 100% on-site in West Frisco
