Job Description

Our office in Irving is seeking a Compensation Consultant for a contract-to-hire opportunity! In this role you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering compensation services while supporting the Sr. Compensation lead and team. You will also prepare reports to include costing analysis and research pay programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills. You should also feel comfortable and have strong presentation and communication skills. 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 4-6 years of compensation experience to include knowledge of compensation policies and procedures is required
  • Experience with ServiceNow is highly desired
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel (Access experience is a plus)
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certificate/license is highly desired
