Job Description

CornerStone has partnered with a local mortgage banker in their search for a communications management specialist to act as a liaison between their servicing and compliance business units to build out effective client communications.  They will be responsible for building out customer experience strategies; content, major announcements, product launches and internal company events.  They will be the voice of the stakeholders, delivering pertinent and complex messages to both internal and external audiences.  

Requirements for the Communication Management Specialist:
    
*     Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Journalism
*     3+ years working in a communications management or multi-channel marketing role
*     Prefer working knowledge of mortgage servicing
*     Must be experienced in building customer experience strategies
*     Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office        
*     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*     Must be detail oriented and able to work independently
