Job Description

CornerStone has partnered with a Commercial Real Estate firm in their search for a Commercial Property Operations Manager experienced in full oversight of industrial, office or retail properties under the management.   They will handle all tenant and vendor relations, accounting relating to rent and other payables, stay abreast of construction projects and supervise building operations and maintenance.   The Commercial Property Operation Manager will collaborate with leasing brokers to assist them with contract negotiations, advise them of construction status updates and timelines and relay information on leases coming to an end.

Requirements of the Commercial Property Operations Manager:
  • Must have 5+ years in commercial real estate property management experience
  • Strong organizational skills required; they will be tracking all projects in progress from cradle-to-grave; bid process, lender communication and documents, design and build project interaction with vendors and meetings on progress, etc
  • Must be have excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Must have a polished, professional appearance and demeanor as they will be interacting with lenders, clients and client facing with tenants  
  • PMP highly desired
  • Accounting software; \ Yardi or Building Engines highly desired
  • We need someone high energy, able to handle a fast paced office environment
